Website Announcement: Important Notice for Tax-Exempt Customers As part of our recent system updates, all tax-exempt customers are required to submit their tax-exempt certificates. This ensures we can continue to process your orders without charging sales tax. Here’s what you need to do: 1. Email our Accounting Team at Accounting@AmericanAppliance.biz, requesting a link to securely upload your certificate. Please state the e-mail address you would like this to be sent to. 2. Our Accounting Team will email you a link from Avalara, our tax compliance partner, to securely upload your certificate. Please ensure your certificate is submitted by December 31, 2024. Starting January 1, 2025, we will be required to charge sales tax on all transactions for customers who have not submitted their certificates. Thank you for your cooperation!
